The Dominicus College

In the Word of Y'hova there are several prophecies that state that the End Times World Government under the Antichrist will be composed of Ten Horns which is subsequently interpreted for us as Ten Kings or Monarchies (i.e. the ten toes of Daniel 2, the ten horns of Revelation 13 etc).

Through the years many Prophecy Scholars have tried to identify this AggregateBeast suggesting the UN, the European Union, the Western Portion of the European Union, the world divided up into Ten Economic Regions, etc.

A couple of years ago, after I stumbled on the Official Website of the Imperial Thrones of Europe where they stated that they had revived the Roman Empire in September of 1999 via the European Monarchies (see appendix below), I set myself to the task of solving this Prophetical Puzzle because there were so many different opinions and each one, to my mind, were lacking in the necessary authoritative answer that behoves a serious theory drawn from the Word of Y'hova.

Below is my list with the explanatory notes as to how this was derived and, to my knowledge, I am the only one who has drawn up a list of this kind which answers all the Biblical Descriptions of the Endtimes Beast.

During the course of the study the Insiders got wind of it and were extremely interested in the conclusion and I got the opinion that they would actually abide by my conclusions - mainly cause they are trying to "establish the vision" and bring about their One World Governemnt and they decided I might actually be the best interpreter of the Inspired Scritpure - they, of course, would never admit that however, the proof is that, exactly one year after I finished my study - note the original date below - a large group of Mafiosos were arrested in Italy which the reader should remember.

What the reader might not realize is that this sting was probably in the workings for about a year and they actually named the sting Operation Almanac du Gotha which the reader can see for themselves is my major source for the compilation below whom I coined the Dominicus College.

This event indicated that there was an Insider at the top of the Pyramid that decided they didn't like my interpretation of the Prophecy and had set out personally to insure that the Prophecies were not fulfilled in this manner by destroying the reputation of the Italian Monarchy that I named below.

What this further indicates is that there will be tremendous changes that occur in the current World System in order for these Ten Kings to gain the World's Scepter from the current administration which is perfectly described by Y'shua in the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24 with Nation fighting against nation. This process will also take a certain amount of time which I have identified at about 25 years with Endtimes events to start circa 2032 AD and I will post my Chronolgies here on the Hub Pages when time permits however, be that as it may, I have no doubt that, given time, the Ten Kingdoms listed below will be the Ten Kings mentioned in the Old and New Testament Prophecies of the World Government of the End Days under the Antichrist.

Imperial Knight's Notes to the Dominicus College :

There is absolutely no prominance given by the numerical order above (or in my use of 'King' and 'Crown Prince') excepting in the first one and is solely for my benefit as I complete this task. For that reason the first four simply reflect the fact that their inclusion in the Dominicus College is imperative in order to fulfill the prophecies, whereas the others only fulfill the prophecies as they are alloyed to the first four. The latter positions reflect the practical principle of only having one King from any one language group included in the Ten. In other words, for sake of the unity of the Empire and with due consideration to the extent of the territory that must be represented in the College it would be impractical for one language group to have two representatives. This principle is actually supported by the ancient Kingdoms themselves as a Map of the Empire will easily verify, where France and Belgium were the territory of the Gauls. A similar situation applys to the German Language Group and Territory etc. This is a similar process that occured at the Treaty of Luneville when, "The number of states was greatly reduced, and the remaining States were aggrandized at the expense of the petty Princedoms."

During the course of this commission one hath said that, "The Imperial Thrones must have the pre-eminance" to which I reply that it is the Prophecies that must have the pre-eminance with due consideration to the Imperial Thrones a secondary consideration. Therefore, the Imperial Thrones of Greece, Italy and Turkey, in order to fulfill the prophecies, are all included in the Ten for they would best reflect the peoples included as well as their Imperial History, more so than a Germanic Imperial Throne over the same territory. Further, as far as the Germanic Empire itself is concerned, as of right now, I am convinced that this is best represented by the House of Hapsburg whose name alone is synonomous with the Imperial Germanic Empire. Thus, as at Luneville, though there may be others who have more Royal or Imperial Titles and thus, presumably more Royal Blood, for the sake of the unity of the Empire they must give place to others in order to represent the greatest amount of peoples and territories of the ancient Empire. And, this prinicple itself is not without modern precedence, as the recent Elections in America evidence, where the Candidate with the least Royal Blood was placed on the Throne.

Several of the countries listed on the Imperial College website as having Thrones and Royalty were actually part of the Warsaw Pact Nations and the Iron Curtain Countries and, as such, they are actually members of the Bear Kingdom and cannot be included in the list of the Ten. And, with that, the process has been speeded up substancially and, along side the principle of only one Ruler per Language group, we are now down to the final positions. Thus, the Netherlands and Portugal, since they have Royals in their midst, and since they were part of the Ancient Empire, then they can rightfully take their place among the Ten. This is especially true of the Netherlands which was on my original list but it is equally true of Portugal and their history and their significance to the Eurasian Arena and Influence around the Globe.

In all fairness, I decided to consider The Almanac de Gotha that also deals with the Royals of Europe and found some names that were not included in the Imperial College and these also have been studied to determine their inclusion or exclusion from the Ten. All the others on that site, as far as I can tell, were covered by the previous material, which is to say that they would be represented by one of the Ten. Many of them were German names but none more pronounced than Hapsburg so I would defer them to that House. The House of Doria would, I believe, be defered to the House of Savoy.

A) In my opinion this individual would be the fulfillment of the prediction of the revival of the Empire via the French. Jean Chistophe was actually designated heir by his grandfather however, this is being contested by his father Prince Charles Bonaparte. Though, normally, I would not agree with this, as a will is a will however, the Crown Prince is only 19 currently and, therefore, may not be ready for such a position. The other claimant, Prince Luis Alfonso de Borbon, as far as I know, has no Imperial connections to the Empire and, along with all the other Royal Houses of the French, would have to defer to the House of Bonaparte and has been listed as such in this current study. I have noticed that the Imperial College does not place much emphasis on the Imperial Throne of Bonaparte which would explain the failure, to date, of any revival of the Empire for the Emperorship of the French, under Napolean, drastically altered the European arena and, in fact, the events in Europe and the rest of the World over the last two hundred years is a direct result of his reign and, therefore, the House of Bonaparte must be included in the Dominicus College of Ten since he was the last reigning Emperor of the Roman Empire and to this the Scriptures give their testimony as well.

B) Obviously, there must be a King of Italy included in the list of the Ten and it would appear that the House of Savoy would be the Prime contender. All territory that, supposedly, reverted back to the Germanic Empire that is in his back yard, so to speak, would actually revert back to the Kingdom of Italy, except certain portions acquired in the interim by the

Eleventh Horn. The Royal House of Monaco is ruled out as being only an Italian speaking Principality and that of the Two Sicilies because it was a Norman House (not-with-standing the Imperial Knights afinity for the same) and both of these are also ruled out due to the "unification of Italy" under this same Savoy Monarchy.

C) From my studies it is apparent that the King of Turkey must be included in the list of the Ten and, as far as I can tell, this individual is the current claimant to the Throne however this requires more research, and I have not been able to find the Crown Prince after him. He apparently doesn't have an heir and thus the next in line would be H.I.H. Prince Muhammad Salim Orkhan, if I am not mistaken and I also don't know if he has an heir. After him it would appear to be H.I.H. Prince Orkhan Murad Effendi. b. at Henley-on-Thames, 16th December 1972, who I have designated above as the Crown Prince. Again, this requires further study.

D) I have come to the conclusion that he would be considered the King of Germany and what I mean by that is that he would have the most authority and seniority over the German speaking peoples and best able to forge them into a unit and thus, all the other German speaking Thrones would have to defer to him (i.e. Luxemburg, Lichenstein etc). Apparently, the line of succession would go to Crown Prince Karl, if I am not mistaken, unless this is another case of full cognatic primogeniture.

E) The Monarchy of Serbia was never part of the Bear Kingdom and, rightfully, is included in the list of the Ten. I gave it a prominance over the remaining Monarchs under consideration purely from a Military point of view (which, it turns out, wasn't actually necessary to narrow the list down) and that is because of their location overlooking the Iron Gates of the Danube and, perhaps prophetically, this would be a necessary addition for the unity and stability of the Empire which I don't think anyone could contest. The Monarchy of Montenegro, contrary to my first opinion, cannot be included in the list of the Ten for they originated as a principality of the Serbian Monarchy and would have to find their reprensentation there, since they are the same language, ethnic and religious grouping as the Serbs. The last one on the list, the Principality of Andorra would have to find their representation either through Spain or France. This, then, left the Tenth spot still open with no contenders for the position from the previous mentioned Royal WebSites and, to be consistant with the afore mentioned Prophecies and Principles, I could not back track and place a second Monarchy from one of the previous ethnic groups in this spot and this, then, required me to look beyond their pedigrees for the final position. Before I get to that, it should also be stated that when Yugoslavia broke up there were several other countries that came into existence. Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina all of which, as far as I know, have no Royals and they would then have to defer to either the House of Hapsburg or possibly the House of Savoy and maybe even the House of Osmanli. The last one, Macedonia, would probably have to defer to the House of Pavlos.

F) The choice of the tenth position is a result of narrowing down the Royals of Europe via the Propecies and Principles previously mentioned which then left no one to fill that spot so it was necessary to consider any other Monarchy whose territory was part of the Ancient Roman Empire, but was not represented in the Ten (as the Monarchy of the Druze would be through the King of Turkey), and which was not part of the Lion, Bear or Leopard Beasts (again as the Druze Monarchy would be) and the only other candidate for this position is then the Monarchy of the Maronites in Lebanon which meets all these requirements and is, therefore, rightfully included in the list of the Ten. I believe that this will have far reaching consequeces but I cannot arrive at any other conclusion than this. There may be other Monarchys that meet all of the above requirements however, I seriously doubt that they would be of more strategic value than Lebanon and thus, for the unity, stability and security of the Empire, they would have to give way to the same for representation in the Dominicus College, which I don't think anyone, who is wise in these matters, would be able to contest.

G) And, one final note is that some may suggest that Israel meets all of the requirements above and would be of equal or greater strategic position than Lebanon, to which I would agree however, the Scriptures make it clear that the House and Throne of David has been cast down to the ground and Y'shua the King of that Throne, specifically stated that he was going to leave it "desolate" and it will continue as such (contrary to popular opinion) until He restores it shortly before the Millenium and, therefore, there is no clearly recognized or publically proclaimed Crown Prince to whom one of the positions of the Ten could be given. Therefore, the list above is complete and assuredly correct.

It should also be stated that no one of the people above are obliged to step into any of the positions and if they turn it down it would move to the next one in the proper line of succession, but within the same house.

And this, then, completes this study except for some finishing up research mostly to confirm the decisions already made, as I don't believe the list above will change as far as the actual Houses go, but solely on who is the Heir to the Throne. If you care to follow the thought process involved, you can look at the two lists that I drew off of the afore mentioned WebSite. The first is The Thrones of Europe and it follows very closely that of The Imperial Thrones of Europe and I would refer the reader to those two posts for more details if they are interested. Further, this study needs to be understood in light of the preceding post The Prophetic Revival of the Roman Empire to which I direct the readers attention.

I find it interesting that, when I consistantly applied the above Prophecies and Principles, that this list actually narrowed itself down to exactly these ten. If I were to say that the last position should go to a Richer or more pronounced Monarchy, lets say another German one, than we would break the natural unity, not only of that Language group who would then be divided between themselves, but also the rest of the Empire for then the other Language groups would insist upon this right as well which would increase the list at least two fold, if not more.

That it ended with Ten Kings indicates that it fulfills the Prophecies.

The Imperial Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, enjoys a more elevated status than that of the Nobilities of the Modern German States and, indeed, of the Modern Italian States. It should be pointed out that the Holy Roman Empire, has never been conquered, and the prerogatives of its Imperial Nobility have therefore remained intact to this day. As all its families were invested by Imperial Decree, they possess an indisputable right to enjoy their privileges and exercise their obligations. His Imperial and Royal Highness Prinz Karl Friedrich von Deutschland, Herzog von Swabia, de jure Charles VIII I.R. , formally Re-established the Imperial Order and Association of The Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, to form part of the Official Supreme Governing Authority of all Imperial Titles of Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, being officially Confirmed by Imperial Decree in the meeting of the Reichs-Council of The Holy Roman Empire on the 1st of September 1999, in London. His Imperial Highness, formally assumed the Title of Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the aforesaid Association and of all other International Associations, Official Bodies and Imperial Orders of The Imperial Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire, on the same date which includes the descendants of the Imperial Italian Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, who formed an Italian Association. This subordinate Italian Association was established in 1963 in Rome, called the ASSOCIZIONI dei NOBILI del SACRO ROMANO IMPERO to unite the descendants in the male line of certain Italian individuals invested with Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire, held under the supreme control of the THE IMPERIAL ORDER AND ASSOCIATION OF THE NOBILITY OF THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE. The aforesaid Italian association also includes a number of honorary members. It was founded by Prince Giovanni Alliata di Montereale and Count Giancarlo Bonifazi di Statte, to which every male descendant of Imperial Italian Nobility being ennobled by Imperial Patent is entitled to belong. The Chancellor (in succession to Prince Alliata) is Prince Mario Pignatelli Aragona Cortes; the President of the Court of Honor is Count Giancarlo Bonifazi di Statte.

Whereas concerning The Official Status of the Principality of Liechtenstein of The Holy Roman Empire, who have claimed to be able to confirm the succession to Imperial Titles and has confirmed the right of a Spanish Nobleman to be heir to such a Title, for purposes of the Spanish Law requiring the successor State to confirm that the claimant to a particular Title is infact the heir. The Principality of Liechtenstein comes under the formal Imperial Jurisdiction of His Imperial and Royal Highness Prinz Karl Friedrich von Deutschland, Herzog von Swabia, Herzog von Saxe-Altenburg, de jure Charles VIII I.R. as the de jure Supreme Sovereign Feudal Overlord of The Holy Roman Empire.

All descendants of the Imperial Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire, Conferred and Granted by Imperial Letters Patent are automatically members of The Imperial Association of The Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, by right of Imperial Letters Patent issued by a de facto or de jure Emperor.

The Imperial Order and Association of the Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire of The German Nation, which has been preserved for many centuries for the formal defence of Christianity, which originates from the First Noble Knights of the Holy Roman Empire of The German Nation, who fought for the victory of the Christian Faith . It is now formally composed of the old and new families of the Holy Roman Empire and is, therefore a closed Imperial Order. The Holy Roman Empire hands down its own traditions through the surviving families, and it has never suffered a conquest by any foreign power.

Article One.

The Seat of the Imperial Order is in London, at the residence

of H.I.&.R.H. Prince Karl Friedrich von Deutschland,

Duke of Swabia, de jure Emperor Charles VIII of Germany,

Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order.

Article Two.

It is a Non-profit Making Organization.

Article Three.

Concerning the Imperial Diet, all Nations come together as

one Imperial Diet and as such form the closed Imperial Order.

Article Four.

The Order is represented in Imperial Italy by The Imperial Order in London.

Article Five.

It is an international organisation constituted by a united group of

Nobility who share the same loyalties, aims and ideals.

Article Six.

The Order aims to promote the Christian Faith and the traditions

and patrimony of the Holy Roman Empire of The German Nation.

Article Seven.

The Government of The Imperial Order is represented by and in the existence of The

Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order.

Article Eight.

The Members are descendants of the Imperial Noble Families

of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation.

Article Nine.

Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order,

holds, bears and enjoys full power and authority over all members.

Article Ten.

The Secretary of the Imperial Order is appointed by

Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master.

Article Eleven.

The formal patrimony of the Imperial Order is made up of

contributions, voluntary engagements, donations, legacies, etc.

The Supreme Prelate of the Imperial Order of The

Holy Roman Empire, is held by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI.

The Historical Council of the Imperial Order is made up of

well-known academics in the field of historical and juridical studies.

Article Fifteen.

The All New and Old By-laws of the Imperial Order are approved by

Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order.

Article Sixteen.

The Imperial Orders Knights of Merit of the Holy Roman Empire, are selected

by Hereditary Sovereign Chancellor and Grand Master of the Imperial Order.

Article Seventeen.

The official text of the present constitutional Charter was drawn up in English

and German and every version in any other language must use it as a reference.

THE CHANGES TO THE APPELLATION STYLES AND TITLES

OF THE IMPERIAL NOBILITY OF THE FIRST GERMAN REICH

Concerning the Imperial Appellation Styles and Titles of the Holy Roman Empire, Held, Borne, and Enjoyed by the Imperial Nobility of The First Reich. An Imperial Decree was issued by His Imperial Highness Prinz Karl Friedrich von Deutschland, Herzog von Swabia, on the 10th of January 2002, and voted by the Grand Reichs-Council of the Imperial College of Princes and Counts of the Holy Roman Empire, in London on the same date, which formally Decreed the following: Heads of Princely and Ducal Houses of the Holy Roman Empire, shall Hold, Bear and Enjoy the Appellation Style and Title of Most Serene Highness, all other Princes and Dukes of the Holy Roman Empire, shall Hold, Bear and Enjoy the Appellation Style and Title of Serene Highness. Princely Counts of the Holy Roman Empire, shall Hold, Bear and Enjoyed the Appellation Style and Title of Illustrious Highness, Heads of the House, Most Illustrious Highness. The Imperial Counts and Barons of the Holy Roman Empire, shall Hold, Bear and Enjoy the Appellation Style and Title of Excellency, all the aforesaid Appellation changes shall take place with immediate effect from the date of the Imperial Decree issued.(Note* All the aforementioned Imperial Appellation Styles and Titles are Held, Borne and Enjoy by the aforesaid Imperial German Noble Houses, except where a higher Appellation Style and Title is formally Held, Borne and Enjoyed by the Imperial Nobility concerned). The principal Imperial Titles of the Empire are those of Prince, Duke, Count and Baron and they are conferred upon the grantee with reminder to the patentees descendants of both sexes for all time (i.e. including the patentees daughters but not families descended from the patentee through daughters). Whereas, concerning the Legal Act of Adoption within the Imperial Nobility of The Holy Roman Empire, His Imperial Highness, has Issued through session of the Reichs Council, dated 1st of January 2007, by Imperial Decree, that those who hold legal adoption of a recognised family of Imperial Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire, shall henceforth hold, bear and enjoy full rights to the Titles, Styles and Appellations, pertaining to the Family concerned, but they will remain exempt from the full rights of succession to that family.
